ESW stands for Eternal Soul Writer, the brand behind this shop. ESW Print Shop offers a variety of authentic merchandise - t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, aprons, accessories, and more - designed and curated by Eternal Soul Writer.
Some designs originate from hand-made quotes or drawings and are refined into polished graphics using digital tools or AI-assisted design software. Designs that incorporate AI-assisted elements are refined and curated by the ESW Print Shop designer and represent original creative works of Eternal Soul Writer. ESW Print Shop does not produce adult content.
We operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model: products are made only after an order is placed and payment is processed.
All items are fulfilled by a trusted third-party production partner. This means:
- ESW Print Shop does not hold physical inventory.
- Orders are submitted to our partner after payment is completed.
- The partner produces, packages, and ships each item directly to you.
This system ensures high quality, accurate fulfillment, and reliable delivery while allowing us to focus on creating unique, inspiring merchandise.
Transparency Note: Although production and shipping are handled by a third party, all products, branding, and customer service are managed by ESW Print Shop. Customers interact directly with our brand, and designs are exclusive to this store.

Shipping Times & Delays
- Typical shipping: 2-30 working days (varies by product and region)
- Fulfilled from the closest warehouse when possible
- Some items arrive earlier, others may take the full window
Important Clarifications on Tracking & Delivery
- Per-Category Time Frames: Each product category lists its own delivery window per region (see Section 4 and product pages).
- Tracking Period: Tracking can run up to 30 days depending on items and routes.
- When to Contact Us: If the package hasn't arrived after the estimated window ends, please allow an additional 14 days before filing a claim, as transit, customs, or local courier delays can occur. After that period, contact us.
- Multiple Items in One Order: If your order contains products with different time frames, the overall delivery follows the longest item's schedule in that parcel. To avoid waiting for slower items, consider placing separate orders for products with significantly different delivery windows.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Because all products are made to order, we begin processing your order as quickly as possible after it is placed.
Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled.
Orders in Production
Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage (printing and processing), it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.
Shipped Orders
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to request a cancellation within the 2-hour window, please contact us immediately at digitalartbycarmen@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to intercept the order before production begins, but cannot guarantee cancellation after the window has passed.
7. Refunds, Returns & Issue Resolution
General Policy (POD Orders)
All items are made to order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Sizing Responsibility
ESW Print Shop is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from customer measurement errors or failure to consult the size chart before ordering. Please measure carefully before purchasing apparel items. Size-related issues are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with printing/embroidery errors, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
After review, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible
Missing or Partial Items
If part of your order is missing, contact us within 14 days with your order number. If our fulfillment partner cannot resolve it with a replacement, we will review and refund if appropriate.
Shipping Issues
ESW Print Shop is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Unauthorized Transactions
ESW Print Shop only processes orders submitted through our checkout by the account holder. If you believe a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction has occurred using your payment details, please contact your bank or card provider immediately. ESW Print Shop is not liable for unauthorized use of payment information that occurs outside of our platform.
