Q1: What is EternalSoulWriter?
EternalSoulWriter is a heart-led brand born from my spiritual journey. It’s a space where I share tools, guidance, and insights to help women grow emotionally, spiritually, and creatively. I believe each soul is eternal — and through our stories, we write the signature of our lives.

Q2: What inspired its creation?
EternalSoulWriter was created from a desire to share my personal path — including healing, awakening, and reinvention. I wanted to offer something meaningful to other women navigating similar experiences: a safe space, helpful tools, and the inspiration to keep going.

Q3: What’s your mission?
My mission is to empower single women to reconnect with themselves, heal, and grow — spiritually and emotionally. Whether through coaching, digital products, or shared reflections, I aim to help you find light, clarity, and purpose on your path.

Q5: What types of digital products do you offer?
I offer a range of downloadable products including planners, journals, guides, children’s books, and spiritual tools. New items are added regularly, so check the e-store often!

Q6: How do I access and download my purchases?
After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email (valid for 48 hours). Make sure you enter a valid email address at checkout.

Q7: Do I need special software to use your digital products?
Nope! All files are in PDF format. You can open them on any device, but for printing, I recommend using a computer and quality printer for the best results.

Q8: What are the prices like?
Most digital products are priced between €4.52 and €12.12. Prices may vary during promotions or for custom-made items.

Q9: Do you accept custom orders?
Yes — I also create custom digital products (like activity books, personalized journals, etc.), starting at €80. Just use the contact form to request yours and we’ll agree on the details.

ABOUT THE COACHING SERVICES

Q10: What coaching services do you offer?
I offer text-based coaching for single women, focused on:

• Healing from heartbreak and letting go of an ex

• Rebuilding self-esteem and emotional confidence

• Navigating spiritual growth and personal reinvention

• Becoming an Amazon Influencer and building a side income

Everything I do is intuitive, honest, and rooted in lived experience.

Q11: How does coaching work?
All coaching sessions are text-only and take place on Messenger (Facebook) through my brand page. There are no live calls or video sessions due to hearing limitations, though voice messages may be exchanged if needed.

Q12: How long is each session?
Each session lasts 30 minutes.

Q13: What does your coaching package include?
I currently offer one basic coaching package:

• 1-month access (4 weeks)

• 2 sessions per week, 30 minutes each

• 8 sessions total

• Tools like journaling prompts, affirmations, tasks, or reading recommendations.

• If you want to continue, just book another month.

Q14: What’s your coaching style?
I’m intuitive, kind, and clear. I guide from an outside perspective — no judgment, just deep insight, care, and realistic encouragement. I empower women to move forward in small, meaningful steps.

Q15: Is this therapy?
No — I am not a therapist or medical professional. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat mental illness. Coaching is for personal growth, not medical or clinical intervention.

Q16: Who do you coach?
Only single women. I do not coach men, couples, or individuals with mental illness. My space is for women ready to grow, heal, and reinvent themselves.

Q17: Do you offer single sessions?
Not at this time. I only offer the 1-month coaching package for a fuller experience and real transformation.

Q18: What’s your refund policy?
Refunds are only issued if:

• You accidentally booked the wrong date or time

• You booked but didn’t intend to proceed

• Once sessions begin, no refunds are offered. Missed sessions are considered lost.

Q19: What if I miss a session?
Missed sessions are not rescheduled. I respect your time and expect the same in return. Please be sure you’re ready before booking.

Q20: How do I book?
Just click “BOOK NOW” on the website. You’ll choose your session type, make payment via Stripe, and get confirmation by email.

POLICIES

Q21: Why do you only use Stripe for payments?
I don’t! While Stripe remains my secure and trusted payment processor, my website now accepts multiple payment methods, all verified and handled through Stripe’s system. This means you can choose the option that suits you best at checkout.
Please note:

• Taxes and fees may vary depending on your selected payment method.

• You'll receive a purchase receipt via email directly from Stripe or your chosen provider.

• My website also sends a basic invoice, but your official payment receipt is what matters most.

Important: For affiliate products (like Amazon, or other Romanian/foreign partner platforms I recommend), I’m not responsible for their payment systems, fees, or policies. Please refer to the external site’s own terms and customer support for any issues.

Q22: Do you use cookies?

Q23: Where can I find your legal policies?

Eternal Chic is my curated fashion section, built for women who love expressive style. I handpick items from trusted stores and Amazon — blending personal taste with affiliate marketing.

Q25: What is affiliate marketing?
It means I may earn a small commission if you buy through my links — at no extra cost to you. It supports my brand and lets me keep sharing beautiful finds.

Q26: Why Amazon?
I’ve trusted Amazon for years as a buyer. Their selection, speed, and reliability made them the natural choice for my fashion picks and influencer content.

MADE IN RO – FAQ

Q27: Are the dresses actually made in Romania?
Not always. The “Made in RO” page features products sold on Romanian websites, but some may be imports.

Q28: How do I place an order?
Click the item you like — you’ll be taken to the seller’s site where you can complete your purchase.

Q29: Who handles delivery and shipping?
The partner stores do. I don’t manage shipping — your order is fulfilled directly by the seller.

Q30: How do I check stock?
Check directly on the product page at the store — they manage availability.

Q31: Are prices fixed?
No. Partner store prices may change based on sales or promotions. I have no control over that.

Q32: What if I have an issue with my order?
Contact the store’s customer service. They handle all support, returns, and shipping concerns.

Q33: Can I order from outside Romania?
Most listed stores ship within Romania only. Please check their shipping policy before placing an order.

Q34: Why are some items unavailable?
Stock changes quickly. If something disappears, it’s likely out of stock or discontinued by the store.

Google AdSense & Ads on My Website

Q35: Why is your website full of ads?
I use Google AdSense to display ads on my website as a way to earn a little income and keep my content free. Every ad you see is reviewed and approved by me through my dashboard, so nothing harmful or shady should ever pop up. If something ever seems off, feel free to reach out and I’ll look into it!

Q36: What happens if I click on an ad?
If you click on an ad, you're supporting my website — and I appreciate it! Each click brings in a few cents. Nope, it won’t make me rich overnight (I wish! 😂), but it does help cover small costs like hosting and maintenance.

Q37: Are the ads safe?
Yes — all ads go through Google AdSense’s strict filters, and I also manually review them in my panel. I do my best to allow only relevant and safe content to appear. Still, if you spot anything weird or annoying, just let me know.

Q38: Can I block the ads?
Yes, you can block or limit ads using ad blockers or browser extensions — but due to the way AdSense works, some limited earnings may still occur based on impressions (views).
If you don’t like a particular ad, just click the little “X” to close it or ignore it altogether.

Q39: Who controls what ads I see?
Google AdSense uses cookies and user preferences to tailor ads to you — unless you’ve opted out. You can give or decline consent when visiting my site. That cookie consent bar (from Google or Osano) usually appears the first time you visit.

Q40: Can I change my ad consent later?
Absolutely.

• If you gave consent via Osano, you can usually edit or revoke it anytime from the floating cookie icon (if visible).

• If you accepted ads through Google’s banner, you may need to clear cookies or browsing data in your browser to reset your preferences.

Q41: Are you responsible for the ads or purchases on other sites?
Nope. While I do my best to keep things clean, all ads and their landing pages are managed by Google and their partners. If you click an ad and visit another website, that platform’s policies, pricing, and security are no longer under my control. Always check the source before sharing info or making a purchase.
