By booking a session or package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. About My Coaching Approach

My coaching style is supportive, honest, and structured. I offer guidance, perspective, and practical tools designed to help you gain clarity, strengthen self-awareness, and move forward with intention.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Your results depend on your openness, commitment, and willingness to apply what we explore together.

3. Services Offered

I offer personalized, text-based coaching sessions via Facebook Messenger in the following areas:

• Relationship Coaching for Single Women

• Life Coaching for Single Women

• Spiritual Coaching for Single Women

• Amazon Influencer Coaching for Beginners

Sessions are designed to provide clarity, emotional support, and actionable insights.

4. Session Format & Details

• Format: Text-based coaching via Facebook Messenger (no video or audio)

• Session Length: Minimum 30 minutes

• Languages: English & Romanian

• Age Requirement: 21+

5. Booking & Communication

• Accurate contact details must be provided at the time of booking

• You will receive session details and access instructions after confirmation

• A Messenger contact link will be shared prior to your session

If any issues arise with communication, you may reach out via the website contact form, email, or verified social channels.

6. Payments & Confirmation

• All payments are securely processed via Stripe (EUR)

• Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your bank or payment provider

• Sessions are confirmed only after successful and verified payment

Any discrepancies in payment verification may result in cancellation of the booking.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable

• Missed sessions without prior notice are considered forfeited

If you accidentally book the wrong service, please reach out before your scheduled time.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services:

• All sessions and packages are non-refundable once used

• Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the policy timeframe

• Ending a session early does not qualify for partial refunds

9. Coaching Packages

• The basic package includes 8 sessions (30 minutes each)

• Sessions are scheduled across 2 fixed days per week for 4 weeks

• Sessions must follow the agreed structure and timeline

Please note:

• Sessions cannot be transferred to different weeks

• Missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited

• Sessions cannot be combined or extended beyond the scheduled format

10. Session Guidelines

• Sessions begin at the scheduled time

• Please arrive prepared and communicate your goals clearly

• Additional time requires booking a separate session

Sessions are scheduled within designated working hours and cannot be extended beyond them.

11. Confidentiality & Platform Use

All sessions are treated as private and confidential.

However, coaching is conducted via Facebook Messenger, a third-party platform. By booking, you acknowledge and accept their data and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional psychological support.

If you are experiencing emotional distress or crisis, please seek assistance from a licensed professional or local support service.

13. Responsibility & Results

I provide guidance, tools, and support. Implementation and results depend entirely on your personal commitment and actions.

14. Code of Conduct

A respectful and constructive environment is essential.

• Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session

• In such cases, refunds will not be issued

15. Technical Issues

I am not responsible for technical issues related to internet connection or Messenger.

If significant disruptions occur, we will arrange a suitable solution or rescheduling.

16. Privacy & Data Use

By booking a session, you agree to the use of:

• Stripe (payment processing)

• Booking systems used on this website

• Facebook Messenger (communication platform)

Each platform operates under its own privacy and data policies.

17. Testimonials & Feedback

• Testimonials may be shared only with your consent

• You may leave public reviews on the website if you wish

• Anonymous feedback is always respected and can be submitted privately

18. Availability & Emergency Notice

Coaching services are not intended for emergency support.

I am not available for urgent or crisis situations. Please contact appropriate local services if immediate help is needed.
