Welcome to my coaching services! Below are the policies and guidelines designed to create a clear, professional, and enjoyable coaching experience for both of us.
Services Offered
I provide text-based coaching sessions via Facebook Messenger, focusing on relationships, life, and spiritual growth. Each session is designed to help you navigate challenges and find meaningful solutions in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Session Details
Session Length: Minimum 30 minutes per session.
Languages: English and Romanian.
Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years old.
Session Type: Text-only sessions — no audio or video.
Booking and Communication
When booking, clients must provide accurate and truthful personal information, including a valid email address and real contact details. This is essential for me to send you my Facebook Messenger link or username and confirm your session.
Clients are fully responsible for any false, misleading, or incorrect information submitted.
If I cannot contact you promptly due to incorrect details, you are required to reach out via the website contact form, email at digitalartbycarmen@gmail.com, or my verified social media channels.
I do not offer free coaching sessions unless explicitly decided by me.
Providing fake payment screenshots or falsified proof of payment is strictly prohibited.
Payment Verification & Fraud Disclaimer
All payments are processed securely via Stripe in EUR (€). Stripe or your bank will handle currency conversion if applicable.
Coaching sessions will only take place after payment is confirmed as legitimate by Stripe.
If payment cannot be verified or matched to my records, no refund or session will be granted.
Clients are urged to exercise caution when submitting payment proof.
Beware of fake profiles or services impersonating me on social media or other sites. I only offer coaching through my official website and verified social accounts. If you suspect impersonation, please report it immediately and contact me directly.
Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before may not be eligible for rescheduling and no refund will be issued.
No Refund Policy
Once a session starts and time is used, no refunds will be issued.
Ending a session early (e.g., after 10–15 minutes) does not entitle you to a partial or full refund, nor can unused time be carried over.
Booking Process
Select Date and Time: Use my booking page to choose a convenient slot from my calendar.
Secure Payment: Payment is processed through Stripe in EUR. Make sure your payment info is correct for smooth processing.
Confirmation Email: You and I will receive a confirmation email with session details and payment confirmation—please check your email carefully.
Session Preparation: Prior to the session, I will email you my Facebook Messenger link so you can connect with me.
Platform Terms: Be aware that Facebook/Messenger have their own cookies, terms, and privacy policies outside my control.
During the Session
We will meet on Facebook Messenger at the scheduled time for your text-based session.
Clearly communicate your needs and session type to avoid misunderstandings.
Extending the Session
If 30 minutes isn’t enough, you can extend by purchasing additional 30-minute sessions as needed.
Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential.
However, please note that Facebook Messenger is a third-party platform with its own data policies outside my control. I encourage you to review those policies yourself.
Disclaimer for Scope of Coaching
My coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or other professional help.
For severe emotional, mental, or medical issues, please consult licensed professionals.
Limitation of Liability
I strive to provide helpful guidance, but I am not responsible for outcomes based on your decisions during coaching.
Coaching is collaborative; your results depend on your participation and efforts.
Code of Conduct
Respectful and appropriate behavior is required.
Disrespect, abuse, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate session termination without refund.
Technology Disclaimer
I am not liable for technical issues (internet, platform downtime) during sessions.
If disruptions occur, we can discuss rescheduling.
Payment and Currency Details
Payments are securely processed via Stripe in EUR.
Currency conversion fees or exchange rates may apply depending on your bank or card provider.
Testimonial Permission (Optional)
With your consent, feedback or testimonials may be used for marketing while keeping your identity confidential unless you agree otherwise.
Emergency Policy
I am not available for emergencies or crisis situations.
If in crisis, please contact local emergency services or licensed mental health professionals immediately.
Coaching Packages Policy - General Terms
Each Basic Package includes 8 personalized 30-minute text coaching sessions, typically twice weekly over 1 month.
Payments processed via Stripe in EUR, confirmed before coaching begins.
Visa and MasterCard accepted; declined payments may be due to insufficient funds or unsupported card types.
Messenger support available within 24 hours for questions or guidance, not as a substitute for sessions.
Optional homework and resources provided to support your growth and learning.
No refunds once package payments are processed and coaching has begun.
Missed sessions require 24-hour advance notice to reschedule; otherwise, session is forfeited.
Coaching occurs via Messenger only, with Facebook’s own policies applying separately.
Clients must be 18 or older.
Clients are responsible for active participation and applying coaching tools for best results.

Life Coaching: Personal and professional growth, goal achievement, well-being.
Spiritual Coaching: Spiritual growth, manifestation, finding your soul’s purpose.
Privacy and Cookies
By booking a coaching session with me, you agree that your personal information (such as name, email, and payment details) will be collected and processed securely through my booking system and Stripe payment gateway. These platforms use cookies and other tracking technologies to provide services, process payments, and improve your user experience.
Please be aware that:
My booking system collects necessary data for scheduling and communication.
Stripe processes payments and may collect payment information according to their privacy policies.
Facebook Messenger, where coaching sessions take place, has its own privacy and data policies beyond my control.
