Welcome to my coaching services! Below are the policies and guidelines designed to create a clear, professional, and enjoyable coaching experience for both of us.
Services Offered
I offer personalized, text-based coaching sessions via Facebook Messenger. My focus areas include:
Relationship Coaching for Single Women
Life Coaching for Single Women
Spiritual Coaching for Single Women
Amazon Influencer Coaching for Single Women ( Beginners )
All sessions are designed to offer compassionate support, clarity, and actionable tools.
Session Details
Session Length: Minimum 30 minutes (applies to both single sessions and packages)
Languages: English & Romanian
Age Requirement: Clients must be 21+
Format: Text-only coaching via Messenger (no video/audio)
Booking & Communication
Clients must submit accurate information (email, contact, etc.)
I’ll send you my Facebook Messenger link upon booking confirmation
You're responsible for any errors in submitted info
If contact fails, reach out via my website, email, or social channels
Important: I do not offer free sessions unless clearly stated by me.
Fake payment screenshots or misinformation = immediate cancellation, no exceptions.
Payment & Verification
All payments are processed securely via Stripe (EUR). Stripe or your bank handles currency conversion if needed.
Now Accepting Multiple Payment Methods:
Visa / MasterCard / American Express / UnionPay / JCB
Alipay / MobilePay / iDEAL / Bancontact / Revolut Pay
Multibanco / EPS / Przelewy24
All payment methods are Stripe-approved and secure.
Sessions will only take place once Stripe confirms legitimate payment.
If payment isn't matched to my records, no session or refund will be issued.
Fraud Warning
Beware of impersonators or fake services. Coaching is only available via my official website and verified social media accounts. Report suspicious behavior immediately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Notify me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations under 24 hours = no reschedule or refund
Mistakenly booked a package instead of a one-time session? Let me know for a refund
Consumed sessions/packages are non-refundable
No Refund Policy
Once time is used, refunds are not available
Ending a session/package early does not grant partial refund
Missed time cannot roll over
Booking Process
Select Date & Time via my calendar
Make Secure Payment through Stripe
Check Confirmation Email for session details (even SPAM/JUNK folders)
Messenger Link Sent before session start
Note: Facebook Messenger has its own cookie & privacy policies
During the Session
We meet via Messenger at the booked time
Communicate your goals clearly
Need More Time?
Purchase an additional 30-min session
No extensions after my working hours — no exceptions
Confidentiality
All sessions are private. However, Messenger is a third-party platform. Review their data/privacy terms.

Code of Conduct
Respect is non-negotiable
Abusive or inappropriate behavior = instant termination without refund
Tech Issues
I'm not liable for Messenger/internet glitches. If major issues occur, we’ll reschedule.
Coaching Packages Terms
Basic package = 8 sessions (30 mins x 2 sessions/week for 4 weeks)
Sessions are set on 2 fixed days per week (e.g., Mon & Fri)
Sessions cannot be squeezed or moved to alternate weeks
No 10-15 minute extensions allowed. One-time session? Book another.
Missed sessions without 24-hour notice = forfeited (no rescheduling)
No stacking sessions into a single week
My time is valuable. Overlap or lateness due to no-shows won't be accommodated.
