📌 How the Scheduling Works (Please Read Carefully):

This package includes 8 sessions over 4 weeks (2 sessions each week, every week).
Each session is 30 minutes, done via private text coaching.

🔹 Step 1: Book your first session through the calendar — this locks in your start date.
🔹 Step 2: We’ll agree on 2 set days per week for the remaining 3 weeks (e.g., Mondays & Thursdays).
🔹 Step 3: Sessions must happen during the same week — not skipped or stacked into future weeks.

⛔ Important: If you're unavailable for a full week, the session is considered missed. The price stays the same, and I cannot guarantee make-up sessions.

✅ If you know ahead of time you’ll miss a session, just let me know — I’m flexible when possible. But staying consistent really helps your progress.

⚠️ Can I Just Do 1 Session Some Weeks?
Absolutely — I know life happens! If you're only able to do 1 session that week, that’s okay. But the price stays the same, and the missed session won’t roll over.

💭 What If You Book but Don’t Follow Through?
If you book your first session and then don’t reply to set up the rest, I’ll reach out — but coaching only works if you show up. Unused sessions expire after the 4-week window.
