- Book a coaching session with me through my website. Once the session is paid and established, we will connect via Facebook Messenger.

- Orders processed by external platforms (e.g., Amazon, Lulu) have varying shipping policies.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes (TVA) imposed by external platforms.

b. Digital Products (via My Shop):

c. For Coaching Sessions:

- No refunds are offered for coaching sessions once they are booked and paid for.

- Sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. If a session has started and the client decides it is not useful within the first 10-15 minutes, the remaining time cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

- It is important to respect the scheduled appointment time. If rescheduling is necessary and the session has not been consumed, contact me to discuss availability. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed if I am fully booked.

- Once a session is consumed, rescheduling is not possible.

6. Customer Service

- For inquiries related to orders placed through external platforms, contact their customer support directly.

9. Coaching Services Terms

- Sessions take place on Facebook Messenger. Clients need to understand that Facebook/Messenger is a third party, and their privacy policy, cookies policy, and terms of use are not connected to me. Therefore, data storage is managed by them.

- Clients must comply with consent when a session takes place. They cannot screenshot or send pictures to someone else without my knowledge, and I will not do so without their consent.

- Threatening behavior is not tolerated.

- Coaching is not the same as counseling or therapy. I am not responsible for clients' judgments or decisions.

- If a client exhibits suicidal behavior, I will report it immediately.

- I will never provide medical advice or prescriptions.

- My sessions do not include healing from gambling or any other toxic addiction. These topics can be discussed during the session, but I do not guarantee that my services will be effective in a short time lapse.

- I do not accept payment via external links or through other payment methods. Payments must be made directly through my website.
